Shift of Model in Map/Satelite View

I sometimes get a huge shift in my models if I active Map or Satelite.

Pictures are taken by drone using RTK (with RTK FIX all the time) - did ailignment, optimize alignment and so on.... but there is a shift of around about 10m compared to the satelite images? Why?
The building is also hanging in the air!?

Does this happen if i only take nadir images?
Did a Model with very much oblique and different angles... same drone, same RTK module... model is exactly where it should be in satelite view!
