refrence large error

Hi all

I have a weird problem that occurs multiple times now. it i not related to the software technically though.
but I would love to hear your thoughts on this.

I am referencing an archaeology model, that have GCP on, I input all references based on a geo-refrence survey. I get large error in all of them.
I try to "show info" and individually make it right but that barely change anything.
there is nothing I can change in terms on reference locations and quantity, neither with the survey data.

how can I solve this?

Please share the project with the alignment results in PSZ project format to support@agisoft.com, so that we could check it on our side.

If the project cannot be shared, please provide the PDF report exported from the project and screenshots of source/error values for the GCPs from the Reference pane with all the columns visible.
