Crash when importing a video

Hello everyone,

i just wanted to upload a video filmed with my dji mini 3 pro (2,45gb) but everytime I try Agisoft crashes totaly.
Does anyone know how to fix this ?
Version 1.8.2 build 14127 (64bit)

Edit: I just updated Agisoft to 1.8.4 but I still have the same issue...

Again an update
It works now. I had to move my videos from the external harddrive to the computer now everything works just fine.

When you have observed the crashes, which OS version have you used and which kind of the external drive connection has been utilized?

When importing video it works after one video, but when you try to import another video (second video) it crashes. Work around is to import video, save, then re-open and import second video.

Hi. I am having the same issue after upgrading my machine.

I am running Linux Mint 21 with Metashape 1.8.4

I cannot get the video preview to play and after trying anything on the video import menu the program becomes unresponsive and I have to force quit.

Same here with windows 10, I've installed the4 K-lite codec pack etc etc. But it's just an instant crash on import

Please check, if you are observing the same problem in Metashape 1.8.5 pre-release. In case the issue persists, please submit the crash report and add the link to this thread to the comments field.
