Hello Uygar,

For georeferenced project you can run Convert Images command from the File Menu -> Export section, where "Update GPS data" option should be enabled while "Transform to initial calibration" - disabled.

For the aligned cameras that have estimated coordinates displayed in the Reference pane GPS tags will be written accordingly in the image EXIF.
