Multiple calibrations for one camera in a project
« on: October 22, 2022, 11:44:47 PM »
Hi,

I have conducted a large survey over 2 days. I am using the Micasense Rededge-MX and MX Blue. I have calibration photos of the reflectance panel before both flights (one flight per day). I tried to calibrate each days worth of photos individually as chunks, and then merge them together to compute the alignment, dense cloud, and orthomosaic. But, when I process these images, they seem to be using the  same camera calibration. Under "camera calibration" they are in seperate groups though.

As you can see in the picture, one set of photos looks very yellow due to a lack of blue in the RGB computed. How can I fix this?

Thank you!
