Split chunk and cameras for cloud processing

Hi
Me and my team need to process a very large dataset using Agisoft Cloud.
We would like to align the cameras overall (to have a homogeneous alignment) and, after the alignment phase, split the data into several parts for processing.
We have managed to do this using the "split_in_chunks_dialog.py " script, but every chunk has in it all the cameras, so we have to upload on the cloud all the cameras for every chunk processing.
Is there an automatic way to not uploading all that data every time?
