Upload Progress times incorrect
« Reply #1 on: January 20, 2023, 08:48:36 PM »
Hello,

I am uploading a Project to cloud containing 1.10 GB of photos and 1 GB of Project files.
After uploading the photos (close to 5 hours), it starts to upload project files and the estimated time left is way off as the time used includes the time for photos upload so time left is estimated as 7 days and... which is clearly wrong...

cloud.agisoft.com seems to be down.  When I try to load the webpage I just get a white screen.

I am having an issue with cloud processing of laser scan data. I have a project which includes geo-rectified drone photos, handheld camera photos (no locational data), and structured laser scan data, all of the same space. I used the Agisoft cloud to process a model for the drone and handheld photos, but when I try to align the laser scan data in a separate chunk through the Agisoft cloud, I receive an error which reads: "Can't open file: no such file or directory (2):" After attempting to process the laser scan data in the cloud, I can no longer process any of the image data in the cloud — I receive the same error for any type of processing.

I have confirmed that the project still exists on the cloud platform, and I have run the model from scratch in a new project. The issue persists; please advise.

Hello,

Thank you for reporting the issue.

Can you please invite me to the project so I can review what's wrong and propose a solution or workaround?

To invite someone  to the project:

1. Click the Share button on the project visualization page or select Share option in the project's menu on My Projects page.
2. In the Share pop-up turn on With invited people option, enter the email of the person you want to invite and click the Invite button.

« Reply #7 on: August 05, 2023, 02:46:31 PM »
Hello,

I have a project  called Oblicuas_Huasteca with some 2600 fotos aligned, with a dem that I have uploaded to Cloud. However when I try to publish, it gets to 100% and then says wait a minute that extends to many many minutes before giving a Publication error. Could you help, please?

I have shared the project with support...

Thanks,

Hello Paul,

Seems that it has something to do with the vertical datum, for some reason DEM export during the publication fails with "vertical datum out of range" error, we are currently checking the reason of the problem.
