Change basemap to ArcGIS server WMTS image service

Is it possible to change the Metashape basemap to an ArcGIS server WMTS image service? We have tried following the instructions on the forum but without success. This is the configuration we've tried in Tweaks in Preferences and added our rest endpoint  : https://spatial-img.information.qld.gov.au/arcgis/rest/services/Basemaps/LatestStateProgram_AllUsers/ImageServer/WMTS/1.0.0/WMTSCapabilities.xml
When we tried the Google url it worked but no such luck with ours.
Can you suggest where we might be going wrong?
