Major improvements to processing and publication pipeline

• Publication of processing results does not block the project, so the project can be downloaded immediately after processing complete without need to wait for processing results publication completion.
  
• Project visualization page is available immediately after you publish the project, however processing results visualization appear as soon as tilesets for them are generated.
  
• On the project cards on My Projects page an icon displaying if the project is published or not is displayed.
