Monitor scaling issues after Sleep
« on: December 22, 2022, 03:34:32 AM »
It appears that when my computer re-awakes from a sleep with Metashape running, the window scaling is off, only populates a portion of the screen realestate even though it's technically 'fullscreen'.

Feels like the software is not respecting the custom scaling I have in place.
Running everything on 175% since I'm working on my main screen being 4K /28" it would be too small otherwise.
Noticed this a few times now since rendering takes time.. ;-)
Win10 Home/64.

Thanks and hello!

Hello AVsupport,

Do you have a single or multi display system? Also please specify the GPU model used as a primary OpenGL rendering device for Metashape and the related driver version installed.

And please confirm, that that problem can be reproduced easily by opening Metashape instance, forcing the system into sleep mode and then making system to "awake"?
