DEM inaccurate problem

Hi, I am using photos from a DJI drone (P4 RTK).
I have a problem in the elevation parameter. When I create a DEM the average Z coordinate is around 40M while the correct height is around 30M
What could be the reason for this difference?

You need to use GCP's as well.

And another thing could it be connected also to ellipsoid and geoid?
