Interval Cross section
« on: December 22, 2022, 01:49:44 PM »
Hello

I usually use profile with polyline

but civil engineering use a cross-sectional view. and I draw polyline one by one

So I want to use cross section at interval.

Can i use that?

Hi,

From my feedback:
I create a 3d polyline of a profile on Metashape, export it to dxf.
Then I open it on autocad I manually create a 3d polyline with the 2 end vertices on the one created on metashape,
I make 3d offsets 'parallel or perpendicular) of a distance X, save them in .dxf
And import them on meta.
polyline editing, measuring, profiles are done.

If the answer suits you?
