Thanks for additional info. I would suggest to update NVIDIA driver to the latest version compatible to your system first: https://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx
And then check, if the problem no longer occurs in Metashape 2.0.2 - https://www.agisoft.com/downloads/installer/

The issue in 2.0.1 could be caused by lack of tie points between some camera pairs.

Just FYI.

I'm having the same problem.

I just installed the latest NVIDIA drivers, I'm working with the Metascan 2.0.3 version, and I still get this error.

Moving back to 1.7.5 to calculate DPCs

Can you please specify the NVIDIA graphic card and driver that you are using and share the log from 2.0 version related to the failed operation?
