I'm also working on micasense rededge data of around 1200 hectares but the orthomosaic color results are out of balance and I'm worried about the NDVI results as well. And in the process I have done a reflectance calibration.

Have you used panel and/or DLS sensor meta data for reflectance calibration?

What were the weather conditions during the flight - sunny, cloudy, changing quickly?
