Allow grid sizes of less than one meter
« on: January 21, 2023, 08:56:40 PM »
Hello,

I am currently trying to set up my grid in the viewport for working with a photoscan of a very small object.
The input under Preferences -> Appearance -> Model view -> Grid -> Cell size only allows an input in full (integer) values which means that a 1 meter grid is the smallest option, which is way too big for me.
I can't imagine that it's too difficult to make this field compatible with decimal values so that I can specifiy a grid size of 0.1 or 0.01 meters.

Or am I overlooking something and it is possible? I tried writing both "0.01" and "0,01" into it and both times it just defaulted back to 1 meter.

Thanks!

I also just noticed this. Seems 1m is lowest possible value.
