Different hight model

Hello, I have a Dji air2s. I've made a flight at 100m altitude with Copterus flight app. After that i've made 100 manual photos at the objective (a house) to maximize the quality and the details. The problem is that the model made with the photos from the app is above the model made with manual photos.

Anyone know any solution for this?

easiest way is to find at least 3 common photo identificable points on both sets, measure them and then you do chunk alignment based on these common markers....
