Metashape 2.0 trial activation on Azure Virtual Machine

Hi,

I tried to activate the trial license for Metashape 2.0 on Azure's Virtual Machine, however unfortunately I received an error message that the license is already activated (see attached image).

We set up a new Virtual Machine on Azure for Metashape 2.0 performance testing. Also, I received the new trial key from Agisoft's sales team but still received the same error message. Is there any reason the license would not be working on Azure's VM?

How the remote connection to that virtual machine is established?

Are you able to get the non-empty list of disk serial numbers and/or non-empty list of MAC-addresses with the following terminal commands?

wmic diskdrive get serialnumber
   
getmac /fo list /v
If you get valid information by one of these commands, please generate an offline activation request file from the virtual machine (using the word TRIAL) instead of the license key sequence and send it to support@agisoft.com.

Thank you for additional information. I see that the license activated in offline mode raises the same error for you.

But can you please check, if you see any error messages in Metashape Console when trying to install the license file?

Seems that the issue has been related to the SSL libraries, Metashape wasn't seeing the required ones.

In the version 2.0.1 it should be fixed on Metashape side.
