Part of exported ortho has a shift
« on: April 19, 2023, 02:29:36 PM »
I have a project that has 6 GCPs measured with survey instruments. When i pick the GCPs in the photos they are where they are supposed to be and view them in agisoft they are correct. When the ortho is exported there is a minor shift in one of the GCPs.

Same here! Have you figured out what is wrong? I have been banging my head against my desk all day trying to figure out why the exports are doing this. In agisoft it is perfect.

Figured it out, I loosened the accuracy of the images and reoptimized.  then I checked the error in the GCPs

Great. Ill give that a shot.  This is probably a dumb question but after reoptimizing will produced data such as orthos and point clouds readjust without having to reprocess? Seems like youd have to start over.

If you have a chance, would you mind sending me a screenshot of your residuals and image accuracy?

I can tomorrow, i have it running right now.  But the imagery accuracy depends on what your UAV/IMU is. We have an applanix GPS/IMU on our sensor, so i usually don't modify it above 1'.  But if you're using a regular DJI drone it comes in at around 32'. when you reoptimize, you will have to rerun the DEM, ortho, point cloud.
