How to prevent the creation of selection box when aligning photos

I do not want the creation of a selection when aligning photos, I want the program to select the whole images. It seems that there is not a setting to switch it off, is it possible to do it because it causes serious delays in my workflow

Please describe the problem in additional details, maybe you can give some screenshots to illustrate the issue? Do you mean that the bounding box (region) is not oriented properly by default?
