I'm trying to create a orthomosaic from thermal data collected with Mavic 3T but somehow the temperature values disappear in the process. Any solutions to this?
Based on my intensive google search, Mavic 3T produces problematic data in (r)jpg format. When opening in GIS it shows 3 bands with exact same values. The only app showing the actual temperature values is DJI's own Thermal Analysis Tool which unfortunately can only visualize them and not export them in any proper format.
