I am working on building an orthomosaic from short wave infrared images captured from an ICI SWIR camera on a DJI M600 drone. So the camera itself is not from DJI, but from Infrared Cameras, Inc.
I say this because I am having issues with the altitude, and apparently DJI cameras are known for their altitude problems. But these images captured with ICI SWIR are giving me an average of -44 meters on a flat area with an average altitude of 1 to 2 meters (this is also the altitude that my GCPs display).
The problem arises when I try to filter photos by markers for each GCP. When I do this, I get no photos for any of the GCPs - I'm very new to this, but I was told this is the point where I should get photos with white flags, where I move the flags to the correct location of the GCP and they turn green. But no such photos are appearing.
I am wondering if the altitude has something to do with it. How can I fix this?

Hello ir1121,

If there is the same offset for all the cameras in the project, then you can use the following script to add the fixed altitude value for all cameras in the Reference pane:
https://github.com/agisoft-llc/metashape-scripts/blob/master/src/add_altitude_to_reference.py
