problem with faces and vertices

Hi, i use Photoscan recently, and now i have a problem! in July I purchased the software and in the first attemts i have surfaces with almost 200.000 faces and vertices!!! Now i have maximum 40.000 faces and vertices and the surface, obviously, are awful!!! I do not understand where I'm wrong!!! Help me I want a good surface!!! this is probably a stupid question but I hope you helped me!!!

Ps This is the my options of build geometry fild:
Object type: height field
Geomety type: Sharp
Target quality: 200000
Filter threshold:0,5
Hole threshold:0,1

PSS I add a sreen stamp of my model!

Hello Gabriele,

You can adjust the face count parameter to any desired value. Also I recommend to use Height Field + Smooth reconstruction mode. Please try it with 300 000 - 500 000 faces (model could be decimated later).

Please try the following settings:

Object type: Height Field
Geomety type: Smooth
Target quality: Medium
Face Count: 500 000
Filter threshold:0.5
Hole threshold:0.1

You have not specified Quality used in your first post, looks like "point cloud" option.
