Importing Point Cloud comes in at wrong location

Having an issue when we import point cloud captured with lidar.  Checking the point cloud in Recap Pro and the coordinates are correct but it seems like agisoft is applying some sort of scale factor to the point cloud when it comes in. Im trying to drop the lidar on top of the photogrammetry but its not working.

It would be helpful, if you could share the example of the point cloud file and screenshot of the import parameters used to support@agisoft.com, so that we can reproduce the problem on our side. Additionally please specify Metashape version used.
