Best way to align raster maps for use of cloud compare feature

Hello,

Looking for a quick way to align my raster maps for compare feature in Agisoft Cloud. I flew this golf course 3 months apart to monitor changes. The compare feature is great for deliverables but would be nice if i can get the maps too align a bit better. I didnt use any GCPS for this project. I flew mavic 3E without RTK hat.

Without using the same set of ground control points it is unfortunately very hard to co-align data from different flights with a high precision.

But in case the absolute location precision is not required and you only need to visually compare changes we can propose you to align one project to another using markers. To do that you have to place markers in the first project selecting the features that can be clearly identified in the second project and use them as ground control points for the second project.

Can I place GCPs to a project that is already processed? If so then i can reexport the orthmosaic after placing GCPs and upload to the cloud project. Is that right?

Unfortunately you have to rebuild DEM and Orthomosaic after placing GCPs. Please refer to following tutorial for step by step instructions:
