Cloud 3D content error

Hello,
We just started receiving this error (see attached when we and our clients attempt to view a published project in Agisoft Cloud.

This error just appeared and wasn't there a few days ago.

We've replicated this error using many different web browsers.
Please help as we have many clients waiting on this data.
