Script to import scale bar between markers?

it is said that
"The CSV file for the script should contain the scale bar label and distance in each line (with "tab" delimiter).
The label should contain labels of the corresponding marker separated with "_" symbol.

could i have an example of the text to write in the file and if the file must be .txt or .csv

i add that the first Opens load txt file dialog "Please select import txt file with scale bars:" do not open nor "Script started..."
with data like     M130_M080   4.52     or other tests i get only "not enough values to unpack (expected 2, got 1)
