Import Laser issues

Hi,

Trying to import 1365 laz, totaling 13 gb, after metashape creating the dense_cloud.500 folders this problem appears and the import does not continue. However, it continues creating the folders but generates an empty file, you need to stop, delete the empty ones, reopen, merge and continue the import.

Hello mrv2020,

What version of Metashape you are using?

Do you observe the issue in latest 2.0.4 and 2.1.0 versions?


You can try to disable Show Laser Scans button on the Model view toolbar before import, as the possible reason of the problem on Windows is amount of simultaneously opened files (500+).

Hi Alexey, it is running on both versions 2.0.4 and 2.1 even deactivating the Show Laser Scans.
