Hello all,

We are working on improving the behavior in tricky cases, when such rough interpolation surfaces may appear, but it would be very helpful, if users could contribute by sending the sample problematic projects to support@agisoft.com that we can use for internal testing of the adapted methods.

Ideally, please share the project (PSX + related .files directory) with the alignment results and problematic mesh, as well as source images so that we could re-build the depth maps. If the project also relies to the laser scans, please keep the imported laser scans in the project, but also provide the original point cloud files that can be re-imported (and trajectory files, if available).
Best regards,

Hi Alexey

Thanks for the response, where can we send example scans?

Hello chrisd,

You can send download link to support@agisoft.com via any convenient file transfer service. Preferably, either download link for the single archive, or shared folder that can be downloaded using related desktop application.

I will upload some case examples, but it is quite easy to re-create, pretty much happens on any meshing using a point cloud with arbitrary surface type.

Today I have uploaded an example case to support@agisoft.com with PSX archive files as well as the separate e57 files.
