Textures corrupt after building
« on: March 01, 2024, 12:58:52 AM »
Having issues on several projects where the texture building process generates corrupt textures.

As you can see in the attachments, after building a high model, the vertex color data looks good.
But after building textures, I get all kinds of light patches all over the model.

For comparison, I can use the same set of photos with Substance 3D Sampler to see what results I get there. While the model isn't as dense, the texture came through clean.

Using version
Nvidia GeForce RTX 4080
13th Gen Intel(R) Core i9-13900K
64GB Ram

Hello MLehto,

Can you please check, if you observe the same problem, if you rebuild the texture (can use Keep UV option to save time) without GPU utilization? Just disable GPU in the Preferences before starting Build Texture operation.
