When mixing images acquired with various RGB cameras, or MS sensors in a single chunk, if I use the color/white balance calibration, I end up with strong residual sensor effects (mean and variance of channels and derived indices are significantly different between sensors, see figure). Could it be that the color correction is only applied per sensor?
