Very 'wonky' buildings???
« on: October 13, 2013, 04:22:26 AM »
See attached image.

It is a tall structure (conveyor/train load out facility) that I am trying to get a more accurate ortho image of.  I have tried outputting the image with various different settings but so far haven't had a lot of success.

I understand that this type of thing is very difficult for photogrammetry, ie tall or suspended features, but is there a 'preferred' setting/workflow in Photoscan to achieve the best results?

Thanks.

Did you try using arbitrary for surface type when building mesh?

No, I hadn't tried that one yet.  I will run a few tests with 'arbitrary' and see how I go.

Thanks.

Hello airmap3d,

And can you share the screenshot of the geometry in the given area?
