they show just results, as is so easy and fast to process the data... is NOT, and the details are unmatchable when compapre to AGI solution....

They make just propaganda with 40 bucks for 3D model, they say not how long the action is planned, they make people to get there but the price will not stay long.... so when people come there they pay even higher price as promoted....

yes i cannot understand how ?40 would cover scan, alignment/processing, cleanup, printing, print material and the infiltration/hardening of prints.

and i agree the details will be fuzzy with the subject moving/breathing while scanning,

I think it is just to get more people to visit the store, they sell petrol at a loss so that drivers will buy food while they are filling up their cars..

They'll be able to cut costs a bit when they eliminate the labour to do the scanning part:

guessing wild, but just the powder for the 3D printer would cost more than 40...  :P

It will be interesting to see how much this technology improves with the newer Kinect2 hardware coming out soon.
