Pair Selection options in v0.8.2

Hello,

Does anyone have any idea what the different settings for Align Photos > Pair Selection will do?  In the most recent update the choice went from Pair Selection (ON/OFF) to Pair Selection (DISABLED, GENERIC, GROUND CONTROL).

I'll do some tests with small sets of my own data, but I could not find anything in the manual.

Hello Jonathan,

In the current version of PhotoScan Generic pair selection method is the same used in previous one (if it was "On") based on preliminary low accuracy point matching.
Ground Control method means that preliminary pair selection will be performed based on telemetry data (camera positions).
