activation server does not work

I tried to deactivate a licence from MS pro (ver2.02) but it does not work.
Then I've try to contact the activation server but it also doesn't work.

Is there anything server trouble?

there is a problem on the hosting provider side, we are trying to find the solution as soon as possible.

Please feel free to contact support@agisoft.com for the temporary license to continue working with Metashape, while the problem is being solved.

The activation server should be working again now (in some cases may take time to update DNS), but in case of any issues, please contact our support.
