Forcing model orientation - underwater

I am using videos collected using GoPros mounted to an ROV underwater and this unfortunately means it is missing any EXIF data for orientation or positioning


Is there a way of forcing the orientation of the model, as I am hoping to derive verticality of the wall structures surveyed. We are able to assume the cameras/ROV stayed flat throughout filming and only moved side to side
