Hello everyone,

I’ve set up network processing with Metashape following the official tutorial. Here’s my setup:

SERVER: A dedicated computer running Metashape in server mode.
WORKER1 and WORKER2: Two powerful PCs acting as workers.
CLIENT: Same PC which run the server that I use to run the GUI and dispatch tasks.
The issue I’m facing is that when I start a network job, only one of the two workers processes the task. The other worker stays in a "ready" state and doesn’t engage, even if I pause the worker that is currently processing the task. Both workers remain in the "ready" state when this happens.

However, if I start two separate projects, each worker handles one project on its own, but I never see them work together on the same project.

Interestingly, when I add a third PC with a much lower configuration, it works simultaneously with one of the powerful PCs. But the two powerful workers never seem to collaborate on the same project.

Here’s what I’ve tried:

Ensuring that both workers are connected to the server and visible in the Network Monitor.
Checked the "Fine Level Task Distribution" option in the Network Preferences.
Restarting the server and workers multiple times.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there something I’m missing in the configuration that prevents both workers from processing the same job simultaneously?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
