Wrong heights in agisoft viewer
« on: November 06, 2024, 06:16:19 PM »
HI!
i did a scan for a construction project in metashape.
the client doesn't have 3D software so i recomendded agisoft viewer.

i exported the pointcloud as a OC3. when oppening in viewer on my machine the heigts display correctly. when i open the same file on the clients computer it displays al hiegts about 30m higer.
normaly i would think this is a problem with the geoid but i can't seem to change this.

what can i do?

Hello Runaround,

Is there still unexpected difference for the altitude if you use potree export format for the point cloud instead of OC3?

Hello Runaround,

OC3 is limiter internal format that was not meant to perform absolute coordinate measurements.
