Import Reference from EXIF not working

Hello,

I have imported .jpeg into Agisoft Metashape Professional (version 2.2.2.21069) and then proceeded to click on “Import Reference from EXIF” however, the GPS information from EXIF does not show up in the Reference panel next to the image name but it does not throw any errors.

All of the .jpeg have information on lat, long and altitude etc. (see screenshots).

Could you please help me understand why the EXIF info is not imported?

If you have same problem in 2.3.0 release version, please share an example of source JPEG that you are working with, so that we could check on our side why information from EXIF meta data is not recognized in Metashape.
