Colored polylines

Hi.
I'm trying to colorize the polylines in Agisoft viewer.
I have created the polylines from survey data in CAD and imported the polylines to Agisoft pro. At this point they loose their color attributes but I can reapply them. However once I output them from pro I cant get them to retain the color or change them once they come in. I have tried all the output formats in pro and have tried multiple formats from CAD but cant keep the color.

Does anyone know a work flow for this?

The end goal is a file set i can send to clients that they can see the various underground services in relation to the tiled model.

Can you please send to support@agisoft.com the examples of shape files in different formats that you have tried already?
