Read reflectance value

Hello,

Is there a way to read the reflectance value in an image?

I've processed images from the micasense dual with the radiometric calibration step and I'm not sure about the band assignment.

This camera has already suffered an RMA due to a bad writing of exif data. 

This from Micasence SAV : "There was a hiccup with a few RedEdge-P Blue cameras when they were programmed. The Blue camera bands were programmed as the Rededge-P  Red bands."

They sent me a tool to fix data that have been collected while the Blue had the incorrect bands but  I'm getting values that seem aberrant.

You can find attached an histogramme of values on vegetation.

I'd like to get the reflectance value on the calibration target photos to check the band assignment.

Hello Fabien,

You can use Raster Calculator dialog and input the formula to visualize the single band (for example B1 / 32768) and after that in the Ortho view you would be able to check the index value under the mouse cursor.

Hello Alexey, thank for the answer.

I want to check the value on the single photo of the reflectance panel because I know the theorical values on this panel.
The reflectance panel is not on the ortho. Is there away to read it on a single photo(not on the ortho)?

It would indeed be helpful to get value of the Raster Calculator per image in the bottom on mouse over.
