Hello everyone,

this isn´t  a new topic, i found an old post from 2014 but the solution posted there doesn´t work anymore due to software updates.
I operate by dji manually without a fligh plan. Sometimes, I fly to slow or the wind slows the uav so the overlap between the images is to large. Is there any way I can get rid of images photoscan does not need or are even bad for the modell since the baseline of the stereopairs would be to small?
An automatic solution would really help, because some of my chuncs have around 700 images.
any help would be great.

Thanks a lot
Daphne

Hello Daphne,

There is Reduce Overlap feature in the Tools Menu that allows to disable cameras that form excessive overlap. The feature works based on the existing mesh model, so a rough model (based on tie points or lowest quality depth maps) can be generated before using the feature.
