Aerial Hyperspectral Multi Camera processing
« on: March 04, 2025, 04:39:06 PM »
Dear all,

I have lots of experience with RGB and multispectral data processing. Now my boss assigned me the task to look into hyperspectral data processing - but I am stuck. I already read the following thread https://www.agisoft.com/forum/index.php?topic=6368.msg42245#msg42245, but the Photoscan software was discussed back then. Let me please describe my situation:
I have two separated but synchronized images which I want to SfM process
- Hyperspectral Cubert Ultris X20 data with > 160 bands, available as geotiff stack
- Panchromatic band as geotiff
In order to achieve efficient processing, I intended to choose a multi camera approach (as with Micasense multi spectral data), but during data import I can only choose between singe cameras or dynamic scene.
Does anyone of you have already made experience with hyperspectral data processing or a similar issue?
Any hints are highly appreciated!

Best regards,
GBO
