Tiled model heights change after export

Hello,

I have processed tiled model using images and reference that have corrected heights to our geoid heights. After processing if I measure height using measure tool in metashape, heights are OK. But after export (to cesium tiles), heights are shifted up to elipsoid heights.

I've attached screenshots.

Am I doing something wrong?

What coordinate systems are used to measure the point on both screenshots? And what export settings has been used when exporting the model from Metashape?

pointerra was measured using wgs84/UTM33N and metashape project is in WGS 84.

During export - cesium 1.1. 3d tiles, coordinate system is disabled showing wgs84, texture format JPEG, clip to boundary shapes.
