Markers are refined even when "Refine Markers" is turned off?

I am using Windows version 2.2.0.19890. When I add markers, they are automatically being refined even when I turn off "Refine Markers". This has happened in multiple projects. Can anyone else confirm this behavior? Toggling on and off refine markers seems to work, but behavior appears to be inconsistent.

Hello LRP,

Can you please check the following: close all Metashape windows except for the single one, in that window switch on and then off Refine Markers option, then close Metashape window.

Would you be able to reproduce the same problem after that?
