ı am no doing zoom in and zoom out ??

After uploading the images to Agisoft, when I click on any image, the image does not load clearly. Also, there is no zooming in or zooming out! What is your suggestion to solve this problem? When you look at the screenshot I attached, it says loading image in the lower right corner of the larger image, but the image is not fully loaded. and the picture does not look clear and does not take any action. I've never had a problem like this before.

you may have moved photos to a different location. Right click and change path will allow you to restore access to all images.

What version of Metashape you are using?

Also please check, if you have main/photoview/load_async tweak available in the Advanced Preferences tab -> Tweaks dialog. If it is there, then what value is assigned to the tweak?
