Aligning aerial laser scan with photos already aligned
« on: April 10, 2025, 11:25:57 PM »
Hello all,

I have a chunk with images from a laser scan + camera unit. These have been aligned correctly. Now, I imported the corresponding laser scan and tried to do boresight calibration according to https://agisoft.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/31000169030-aerial-laser-scans-data-processing#One-point-cloud-combined-in-third-party-software-and-one-trajectory-file. I masked my trajectory and split the laserscan into 6 parts.

Then I do Align Laser Scans with following options..See first attachment.

After alignement, I lose all my original photo tiepoints and only last scan is visible in correct georeference....

See 2nd attachement and Align log...

Is this normal? I
