Aligning aerial laser scan with photos already aligned

Hello all,
I have a chunk with images from a laser scan + camera unit. These have been aligned correctly. Now, I imported the corresponding laser scan and tried to do boresight calibration according to

. I masked my trajectory and split the laserscan into 6 parts.
Then I do Align Laser Scans with following options..See first attachment.
After alignement, I lose all my original photo tiepoints and only last scan is visible in correct georeference....
See 2nd attachement and Align log...
Is this normal? I
