I am having some issues with markers on Metashape. I imported a point cloud from polycam, but I am not able to scale the model with the scale bar, because the markers aren't actually sticking to the model if that makes sense. They're floating in the air. The markers seem to be on the model, until I actually try to rotate/resize the model and then the markers stay exactly where they were placed. The update transform button also does nothing and I am using the pro version.
Here's what I have done:
- imported the .ply into metashape
- turned off 'lock transform'
- reset the transformation because this was stopping me from rotating/sizing the model.
- add markers
- add scale bar - set distance
- update transform
the last three doesn't seem to work.
