I'm running version 2.2.0 with 16629 cameras i one chunk, only 3400 cameras are enabled. The first time I run the camera alignment all cameras except ~150 cameras are aligned.
Metashape creates a good point cloud of the aligned cameras (1.png).
Then I select 20 cameras which were not aligned, I reset the alignment on the selected 20 cameras and then try to align them again.
It processes the alignment of the 20 cameras and when it is done it only shows the point cloud of the 20 cameras (2.png).
I can see that the points in the cloud have been reset and only shows the newly aligned cameras.
When I switch on to show the camera position it shows all of the aligned cameras (3.png).
For some reason Metashape deletes all points in the point cloud except of the newly aligned cameras but it keeps the camera position.
It does not give any error in the console while aligning the 20 cameras so it seems to be a bug in the version.
