Process RTK data including GCPs

Hello,

I am new to RTK processing in Agisoft and have been following the tutorial available here:

Previously, when working without an RTK drone, I relied solely on GCPs. After alignment, I would uncheck the photos in the Reference pane and perform optimization using only the GCPs.

Now that I am working with RTK-enabled, accurately geotagged photos, I would like clarification on the recommended workflow:
Should I leave the photos checked along with the GCPs during the optimization step, or should I uncheck the photos and optimize using only the GCPs, as done in the non-RTK workflow?

I plan to use a 7-parameter adjustment for optimization and want to ensure I’m following best practices.

If your RTK is done correctly optimize all together.
