Just a quick wish based on using a PPK post-processing file where I export CSV but have a bunch of export info (like base coordinates used, project name etc) in the header:
Sometimes the "first 20 lines" preview in the import CSV GUI doesn't get past the header info to show my coords. It would be convenient if the preview adjusted based on how I increment which row to start at. THis way it also gives a "live view" so users could easily see if they were skipping something they didn't mean to.
Even better but maybe not worth the effort - if you showed the "start row -1" value (if present) above the import preview (grayed out or otherwise indicated) then it my case it would let me see the header row.
